Each player is permitted to hold only one active cataya account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. cataya employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cataya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
Note: Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
cataya currently supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). cataya does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name.
The minimum deposit amount on cataya is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the player's account verification status. cataya reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. cataya aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
cataya reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
Anti-Money Laundering: cataya is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. cataya may report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.
cataya offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by cataya are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. cataya reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact cataya support within 72 hours of the disputed event. cataya will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes. The result of cataya's investigation is final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cataya platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

cataya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cataya does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. cataya will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
